Let us imagine if a person fall in big trouble and big happiness during a short time, this person may be out of contral in his or her mind. For a country, it is like a person just talked former. Hence, China must has so many problems in the domestic district. The ordinary lives of common peoples in China's mainland, the central government pay a special attention to this issue recently, personally, I consider that people is the basic of the government. The building of government of government can not stand stably without whole of people playing the role of groundwork.
